How to Delete Your Account
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. In full compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, we provide clear and accessible ways to delete your account and associated data.
- Open the Lumive app.
- Go to Me > Settings > Delete Account.
- This feature is available to all users globally and allows you to delete your account at any time.
- Confirm your decision — once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
This process ensures your data is removed in real time, in accordance with platform policies.
Send an email to contact@lumive.online using the email address linked to your account.
Please include "Delete My Account" in the subject line.
- Our team will process your request within a maximum of 7 business days.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently and irreversibly removed:
- Your user account and login credentials
- Profile information
- Friend list and social connections
- All chat messages and history
- Any stored preferences or activity data
We do not retain or archive any deleted data. We do not retain any backups or copies of deleted data.
All deletion is final and cannot be undone.
